This Level 1 practice allows you to ensure that you are able to hold a course and control the speed of a boat. All you have to do is book a private tour with one of our captains in Beaulieu sur Mer. All tours are exclusive, just ask your captain to try the boat once out of the harbour, under his supervision, and at the same time you have a pleasant time. It is only if you have verified that you have predispositions to drive a boat, that we recommend that you practice higher levels.

Roadmap

During this initiation, you will enjoy the roadmap of a private tour. Here is the course that will be offered to you as an indication.

As soon as you master the trajectory, practice holding the course with a passenger sitting in the front, thinking above all about his safety to avoid falls and his comfort. Try to practice anchoring. Approach the authorised area for anchorage reasonably, while maintaining at least 2 metres of bottom and at least 100 metres of distance from the shore. Take into account the wind orientation and the position of the surrounding boats. Of course, avoid the meadows of Posidonies and favour the sandy bottoms. Check the recharge of the batteries, and if you master the solar autonomy, you can return the boat at 100% charge.
