Level 2 – Getting started with a solar boat

Boat with people near beach, swimmers in clear blue water, lush hillside background.

🎯Objective: Getting started with the boat

👨‍✈️ Accompaniment: with a coach

👨‍🎓 Audience: Able to control a boat steering, you wish to join the boat club

✅ Program:

Practice port manoeuvres: reverse gear, dock mooring with your teammates and distribution of roles. Anchor safely, protecting swimmers and Posidonia’s seagrass. Avoid waves to maximise passenger comfort and safety. Know how to recognise the dangers and the basic rules of priorities and weather safety. Learn to return the boat clean (this is easy) and and with the battery already charged from the solar panels (this is even more easy).

What can you do alone, after you pass this level?

This level is the test to become a boat club member. If you pass it and are confident to rent alone, you will have to deposit a warranty garantie. This warranty guaranty is your membership access to the Day rentals.

As a bot club member, you can use the solar boat for a pleasant moment mooring like the boat owners do with friends or family. The closest mooring areas are David Niven’s villa Paloma Beach and Eze.
