Leave Beaulieu harbor, then cross the Saint-Hospice roadstead, aiming straight for the bell tower of the chapel of the same name.

Specific points of attention on the solar boat

Sail at solar autonomy speed, depending on weather conditions and how long you plan to stay at anchor to recharge the battery.

As you pass near Cap Saint-Hospice, familiarize yourself with the types of eddies formed by currents, the passage of powerful motorboats or easterly winds. Slow down if necessary, taking care to keep your passengers safe and your course under control.

Head a few cables westward until you reach Paloma Beach.

Off season, Paloma Beach is fully accessible as the prohibition buoys are removed.

In summer, yellow buoys protect the area from bathers. Take care to avoid the anchors of other boats, then anchor taking into account the wind direction. Avoid the Posidonia meadows by anchoring on the sand.

Enjoy the Zen lifestyle

This boat is designed to stay at anchor for hours, offering you a convivial space ideal for swimming, sunbathing and shaded dining.

When you return, you’ll need to clean the boat to leave it in the same condition as you found it for future members. As this boat is designed for simplicity, it only takes a few minutes to clean up and take out the engine. In hot weather, you can even clean the boat with a bucket of sea water and a deck washer.
