SRE 3.0 (commissioned in 2024)

Description

This is a used boat, launched in 2024 and still operated from the Beaulieu-sur-Mer base. The SRE 3.0 is the first solar-powered catamaran entirely produced by SeaZen, based on an innovative kit design to integrate an industrial-level quality brought by 10 key partners. The boat’s hydrodynamic characteristics and engine configuration allow for total autonomy using solar energy. Since 2024, not a single kilowatt has been consumed from the electrical grid. Trips on this boat have been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence—our customers say it all! Despite intensive use, the batteries do not wear out because they operate solely on solar energy. Designed in the category of pleasure motorboats for 7-8 people at sea, this boat is likely one of the most eco-friendly motorboats in the world over its lifecycle.
