Level 1 roadmap

Only about 15' minutes by boat from Beaulieu, the David Niven anchorage is particularly accessible. It may also be the locals' favorite, because it does not appear on official nautical charts. Its translucent waters, its meadows of Posidonia, are a few minutes from the port make it the dream anchorage for a first outing.

On the way you will discover villas that fast boats cannot admire so easily.

Example of points of attention specific to solar navigation

Even if the boat has almost no draft, keep a margin of one meter of depth in addition to the maximum amplitude of the waves. Also try to stay the course with a passenger sitting in the front, thinking above all about his safety and comfort.

Safety: reduced speed - hand on the circuit breaker - wave anticipation

Once you arrive near the anchorage, approach reasonably while keeping at least 2 meters of depth and at least 100 meters away from the shore. Take into account the direction of the wind and the position of the surrounding boats. Of course, avoid the meadows of Posidonia by trying to wet preferably on the sand.

Sea bathingSafety: turn off the engine circuit and check the battery charge

Check the battery recharge, and if you master the solar autonomy, you can return the boat at 100% charge.
