Label from Betrand Piccard’s Solar Impulse Foundation
The Solar Impulse Foundation is is known for its round-the-world flight in an entirely solar powered plane completed in 2016, as well as the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label awarded to 1000 solutions that are both profitable and good for the planet. SeaZen was the 2nd French company to receive this international label in April 2018 and received a second label in Mach 2022 for its franchise.
Participating at Monaco Energy Boat Challenge
In this video, the first SeaZen’s boat has just arrived by surprise in the port of Monaco, after a short cruise from the port of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. This happened in the middle of the Energy Boat Challenge in July 2016. The usual competitors of this challenge are light solar racing boats from international universities. It was so incredible to see a solar pleasure boat arriving from the sea in the middle of the race that the Yacht-Club organization decided to invite seaZen to perform on the official circuit as shown in the official video!
